1. Custom Orders
Due to the personalized nature of the following items, returns and refunds are not accepted for:

Custom illustrations or digital artwork

Personalized badges
-
Made-to-order fursuits or parts

Door hangers with custom species or text
-
Any product designed specifically for your fursona
Please double-check all details before placing your order or contact me directly if you have any doubts — I’m happy to help!

2. Standard Products
For non-custom items (if specified as such on the product page), you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
Requirements:

The item must be in original condition, unused, and undamaged.

The return shipping costs are at the buyer's expense.

A refund will be issued once the product is received and inspected​

3. Digital Downloads

All digital items are non-refundable once the file has been sent or downloaded, as they are instantly accessible and non-returnable by nature.

4. Damaged or Lost Items

If your item arrives damaged, please refuse the package and contact us immediately.

If it's already delivered and found damaged, send us photos and your order details.

If your package is lost, please file a claim with your postal service and notify us so we can request compensation via shipping insurance.
