Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase! Here's how returns and refunds work at KF Furry Shop:

1. Custom Orders

Due to the personalized nature of the following items, returns and refunds are not accepted for:

  • Custom illustrations or digital artwork

  • Personalized badges

  • Made-to-order fursuits or parts

  • Door hangers with custom species or text

  • Any product designed specifically for your fursona

Please double-check all details before placing your order or contact me directly if you have any doubts — I’m happy to help!

2. Standard Products

For non-custom items (if specified as such on the product page), you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Requirements:

  • The item must be in original condition, unused, and undamaged.

  • The return shipping costs are at the buyer's expense.

  • A refund will be issued once the product is received and inspected​

3. Digital Downloads

  • All digital items are non-refundable once the file has been sent or downloaded, as they are instantly accessible and non-returnable by nature.

4. Damaged or Lost Items

  • If your item arrives damaged, please refuse the package and contact us immediately.

  • If it's already delivered and found damaged, send us photos and your order details.

  • If your package is lost, please file a claim with your postal service and notify us so we can request compensation via shipping insurance.
