Return & Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is a priority at KF Furry Shop. If an item does not meet your expectations, here are the applicable conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Accepted Returns (Standard Products)
You have a legal period of 14 days from receipt to request a return for standard (non-personalized and non-digital) products.

Conditions: The product must be returned new, unused, and in its original packaging.

Fees: Return shipping costs are the exclusive responsibility of the buyer.

Refund: Once the package is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.

2. Exceptions (No Returns)
In accordance with the law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following categories:

Personalized Products: All made-to-order or custom items (badges with names, fursuits, art commissions, etc.) are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Digital Products: For digital files (PDF, PNG...), the purchase is final once the download link has been sent, as the product is considered "consumed."

3. Damaged or Lost Products
We take great care in packaging. However, transport issues may occur.

Damaged Package: If the package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse it from the courier. If this was not possible (delivered to mailbox), contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the product and packaging.

Lost Package: If the tracking says "delivered" but you have nothing, or if tracking is stuck, please contact us so we can file a claim with the carrier.

4. Order Cancellation

Timeframe: You may cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of purchase.

After 24h: For personalized products, no cancellation is possible after this period, as production will have already started.
