Terms of Use

By placing an order on KF Furry Shop, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

1. Age Restrictions

There are no age restrictions for general products.
However, NSFW content is strictly for adults (18+). By ordering such content, you confirm that you are of legal age.

All customers must also agree to the Privacy Policy and Shipping Policy upon placing an order.

2. Payment

  • Payments are processed through PayPal only.

  • For high-value items such as fursuits, payment plans may be arranged on request — but the product will only be shipped once the full amount has been paid.

 

⚠️ The product will only be sent once full payment has been made.

3. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

  • Custom orders cannot be canceled after this 24-hour window, as materials and work may have already begun.

4. Data Collection & Privacy

To process and ship your order, I collect the following:

  • Full name

  • Shipping address

  • Email address

  • phone number

These are not used for marketing and are deleted after 30 days in compliance with GDPR and HIPAA.
Your data will never be sold or shared.

5. Product Usage & Rights

  • All digital products, illustrations, and artworks are for personal use only, unless otherwise specified on the product page.

  • You are allowed to resell the physical item if it’s associated with your own fursona.
    However, commercial use (printing, selling, reproduction, etc.) of my digital art is not permitted without written permission.

6. Liability

KF Furry Shop is not responsible for issues beyond our control, such as:

  • Postal delays

  • Customs duties or taxes

  • Loss or damage after the item leaves our care (though insurance will be claimed if applicable)

Tracking is provided for every order to minimize risks.
