Shipping Policy

At KF Furry Shop, every order is treated with special care. Since our products vary significantly (from digital items to cards games), preparation and shipping times differ depending on the item.

​

1. Manufacturing and processing times

Before shipping, we need time to prepare, manufacture, or print your products.

This period starts from the moment your order is validated:

  • Digital Products: 2 to 3 business days (creation time and manual sending of the link).

  • Small Accessories (e.g., Door hangers, badges): 2 to 4 business days.

  • Novels: 6 to 10 business days (print on demand).

  • Card Games: 20 to 40 business days (print on demand).

Note: If your order contains several items with different processing times, shipping will generally occur once the entire order is ready. With the exception of print-on-demand items (Novels and Games).

2. Shipping zones and methods

We ship worldwide. The carrier depends on the product type and its storage location:

  • Shipments from our workshop:

    • Via Tracked Letter for small, thin items (stickers, badges, door hangers).

    • Via Colissimo for larger items (Novels, fursuits).

  • Shipments from the United States (Partner Printer):

    • Handled by UPS for international transit.

    • Final delivery is handled by the local carrier in your country.

3. Shipping Costs & Address errors

Shipping fees are the buyer's responsibility. They are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

  • The total weight of the order.

  • The type of product.

  • Your delivery address (Europe or Worldwide).

Please verify your shipping details carefully. If a package is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided by the customer, re-shipping fees will be the buyer's responsibility.

4. Transit Times (Once shipped)

Once your order is handed over to the carrier, indicative delivery times are as follows:

  • Europe: 2 to 20 business days.

  • International: 7 to 20 business days.

Please note, the transit times doesn't include customs delays.

​

5. Digital Products (Electronic Delivery)

There is no physical delivery for these products.

  • Delivery Method: You will receive an email containing a secure download link.

  • Processing Time: The link is sent manually within 48 to 72 hours after ordering.

  • Validity: Please note, the download link is valid for 30 days. Please remember to save your files immediately upon receipt.

  • Intellectual property: The purchase of digital files is strictly for personal use only. Any resale, distribution, or commercial use of the files is strictly prohibited.

6. Customs and Import Taxes (International)

For orders shipped outside the European Union (or originating from the USA to international destinations), customs duties or import taxes may apply.
These fees are the exclusive responsibility of the buyer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict them.​

7. Tracking and Reception

​All our (physical) shipments include a tracking number which will be sent to you by email.

​

If your package arrives damaged, please follow these instructions:

  1. In-person delivery: Please refuse the package from the courier so that it is returned to us.

  2. Mailbox drop-off: If you were unable to refuse the package, please contact us immediately via our Contact page (or by email), attaching clear photos of the packaging and the damaged product.

8. Return Policy

  • Personalized Products: In accordance with the law, no returns or refunds are possible for personalized or made-to-order items (e.g., badges, door hangers, fursuits, etc.).

  • Return Fees: For products eligible for return (standard items), return shipping costs are the exclusive responsibility of the buyer.
