Terms of Use

Welcome to KF Furry Shop. By placing an order on this site, you fully accept the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making any purchase.

1. Object and Legal Capacity

hese terms govern the sale of products (physical and digital) by KF Furry Shop.
By validating your order, you declare:

  • To have the full legal capacity to contract (be of legal age or have the authorization of a legal guardian).

  • For the purchase or viewing of products classified as NSFW (Not Safe For Work): You certify on your honor that you are 18 years of age or older.

2. Prices and Payment Methods

Prices are indicated in USD ($).

  • Payment in full: Payment is made via PayPal or Credit Card (via a secure platform). The order is processed only after validation of the payment.

  • Installment payments (Fursuits / High-value orders): Upon request and prior agreement, payment in installments may be arranged.

    • Retention of Title Clause: Delivered products remain the exclusive property of KF Furry Shop until the full and effective payment of the price. In the event of payment default, the seller may demand the return of the goods.​

 

⚠️ The product will only be sent once full payment has been made.

3. Right of Withdrawal and Cancellation

The cancellation policy depends on the nature of the product purchased:

  • A. Personalized Products (Custom orders, Fursuits, Badges with names...):
    The right of withdrawal does not apply. Cancellation is possible only within 24 hours following the order. After this period, production begins, and no refund will be issued.
     

  • B. Digital Products (Downloadable files):
    By purchasing immediate downloadable digital content, you expressly waive your right of withdrawal in order to access the product without waiting for the 14-day cooling-off period. No refunds are possible once the download link has been sent.
     

  • C. Standard Products (Novels, Stock stickers, Games):
    You have a legal period of 14 days after receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal.

    • The product must be returned new, unopened, and in its original condition.

    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

4. Personal Data

KF Furry Shop respects your privacy.

  • Your data (Name, Address, Email) is used solely for the processing and delivery of your order.

  • In accordance with the law, invoices are kept for 10 years. Other data is deleted from our active database within 30 days after shipping.

5. Intellectual Property (Product Usage)

The purchase of a product (physical or digital) does not transfer copyright or intellectual property rights, which remain with the artist (KF Furry Shop).

  • Personal Use: You are free to use the products for your private use (decoration, reading, gaming).

  • Prohibitions: Any reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial use of the illustrations (e.g., scanning a sticker to make a T-shirt) is strictly prohibited without written agreement.

  • Resale (Second hand): The resale of a second-hand physical product is authorized between individuals, provided that it does not constitute a professional business and that the artwork is not reproduced.

6. Liability and Force Majeure

KF Furry Shop commits to fulfilling its obligations with care. However, our liability cannot be engaged in the event of:

  • Delivery delays attributable to the carrier or customs.

  • Loss or damage if the customer accepted a damaged package without noting reservations.

  • Force majeure (strikes, natural disasters, pandemics) delaying manufacturing or shipping.

In the event of a problem, we commit to seeking an amicable solution (carrier claim, reprint if covered by insurance).

6. Applicable Law and Disputes

These conditions are subject to French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority. Failing that, the customer may freely contact a consumer mediator. As a last resort, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
